Radxa Rock 5B with 8GB RAM, set up with a 120GB NVMe SSD in a custom CaseLabs wooden case and logo design of my own. This one just hosts a small number of services.
Raspberry Pi Zero 1.3v, the one with the wifi. This one has an ethernet adapter that's connected to this Pi and exclusively runs PiHole, an ad-blocking platform that I use to reduce the chances of malware and other malicious scripts from gaining a foothold on my network.
Raspberry Pi 5, 2GB with a GPS-backed Time hat. It serves time. And that is all it does. It is a stratum 1 time server.

Tick and Tock are identically configured and are on separate ISPs to provide for accurate time in Mexico.
